RETURNS & EXCHANGES
RETURN POLICY
Charlotte Brody will gladly accept returns on full price ready to wear merchandise. All returns must be made within fourteen business days from the date delivered and the original invoice included.
We only accept returns on items which have not been worn, washed, or altered in any way. If an item returned does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the merchandise. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within ten business days upon receiving your return. Charlotte Brody will not be responsible for reimbursement in the even that return package(s) are lost, stolen or mishandled.
Please email studio@charlottebrody.com to request for a return label and a return form.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or size, please return item(s) by following the above instructions. The new item will need to be purchased as a separate transaction.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to studio@charlottebrody.com. We will do our best to accommodate your changes.
